September 7, 2012 – The http://www.gfreek.com/ had recently announced to host the 3rd
Annual Gluten Free Awards in January. Starting from September, the GFA members
will begin making nominations. By October of this year, the voting opens to
public and ends until December 22. The results will be announced in January,
both for the Gluten Free Awards and the Regional Gluten Free Awards. So, the
timeline of the award process begins at spring, summer, fall, and winter.
During the first three seasons are given to the gluten-free award members to modify
award categories, nominate the best gluten-free products, and voting is open to public
respectively.
The aim of the 3rd Annual Gluten-Free Award is to
“connect the gluten-free community with the best gluten-free products, services and
organizations”. This prestigious award is said to be similar to the likes of
“People’s Choice Awards”, where all nominations and winners are decided by the
people and for the people. As for the Regional Gluten Free Award is set to
showcase the bestgluten-free stores, bakeries, restaurants, and organizations in US and
Canadian cities. The people can vote through the website and pick their own
best gluten-free categories such as the following:
- · Best gluten-free comfort food
- · Cracker
- · Dessert mix
- · Beer
- · Awareness Event
- · Cold Cereal
- · Blog
- · Pasta
- · Website
- · Best of Gluten Free Los Angeles
The categories stated above are just a few examples. You can
find more categories by visiting the website and wisely choose the best gluten-free
services, products, or companies. Before you can nominate the best gluten-free
products and services, you are required to become a GFA Member. Once all
nominations have been made, voting is open to the public for two months.
Gfreek.com is designed to be the go-to-website for the best
gluten-free products and services. It has more than 30 active members who are
eligible to make nominations for the best of the best gluten-free products of their own choice.
This is also why it has been dedicated to host the Annual Gluten-Free Award
(GFA) to be able to give back to organizations that produce such healthy
products and recognize the talents of the many. The results are usually posted
onto the website for general viewing and to provide easy information for both
customers and producers.
